MASS Gallery is excited to announce another outdoor movie screening as part of CineMASS - After Dark. We have a giant yard with a fresh new movie screen, drinks will be available for donation, and we will be selling popcorn. All MASScot members get free popcorn and drinks while they last. This screening is free and open to the public.
Sunday, June 30th, from 8-10pm, in conjunction with our current exhibition A Little Accident Like Any Other, we will be screening the 2002 film, How to Draw a Bunny: A Ray Johnson Portrait, a feature length documentary about the artist Ray Johnson. Johnson was a mysterious collage, pop, and performance artist whose mail-art practice and connections to artists such as Christo, Chuck Close, Roy Lichtenstein, Judith Malina, and James Rosenquis are explored in the film.
Bring a blanket or fold up chair and watch How to Draw a Bunny under the stars with us.
